"Suzanne took great care of us. Always available. Great communicator and so helpful guiding us through the process. Treated us like family. When our home inspection had issues. Susan provided us with the resources to get issues resolved. We needed to replace a glass sliding door, which was quite expensive, Susan put up half of the cost insuring that our inspection would be completed in time for closing. She also provided us with repeatable federal for roof repairs and other inspection issues. Susan worked hand in hand with our agent in Kentucky to provide them with information and forms needed to expedite our purchase of our property. Can't say enough about her professionalism. My wife was very stressed and was always there with encouragement and support.."
